A client of ours a busy tax firm with offices in Chicago and Virginia is looking to hire a direct hire remote Tax Preparer with both indiviual and corporate tax preparation experience.
Responsibliites:
- Prepare corporate and personal tax returns for clients
- Handle preparation of all schedules and apply tax knowledge
- Complete tax returns using Ultra Tax Software (must be comfortable with this tax software)
- Scan, file, submit and organize client files and tax documents
- Update CRM with updated client info
- Must stay on top of current tax laws and can review the work of other junior preparers
