We are seeking a well rounded Staff Accountant preferably with experience in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will have three plus years of accounting experience and be able to explain standard GAAP. This is a full time direct hire role with base pay DOE and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Handle AP/AR and maintain GL in relation to AP/AR
Process all payments and post to GL
Handle payroll for up to 50 employees
Create financial statements as necessary
Handle some vendor management
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card payments
Create quarterly, monthly and yearly reports
Required Skills:
Proficiency with ADP, Visual Accounting System a huge plus, and excellent Excel experience
B.S. in Accounting preferred
Previous manufacturing industry experience.
